Widorwas born to a family of musicians and started his music studies with 7 years old. Autodidact and innate talented musician, he is one of the greatest Brazilian jazz players worldwide. Currently, besides his own quintet, Widorplays in the band of singer and songwriter Milton Nascimento, with whom he is frequently in tour in Brazil, the Americas, Europe, Africa and Japan. From one show to another he received great reviews from local media and press, including Paul McCartney, who also expressed appreciation to Widor's solo performance. |
