| At 68 he traveled to the United States and Mexico with the singer Elza Soares. In the 70s he worked with the group of Elis Regina and Simonal, participating in tours throughout Brazil and Mexico. He also worked with the group of the famous Brazilian singer Elizeth Cardoso, with whom he recorded albums and toured to France and Japan in 1977. During this period he was active enough in studios, recording with many artists such as Egberto Gismont, Edu Lobo, Tom Jobim, Paulo Moura, Elis Regina, Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Toninho Horta e others. | |
